In 2019, AJU KIM CHANG LEE went through many internal and external changes.
Relocation of office
In the beginning of 2019, the patent law firm AJU and the law firm Yangheon (Gangnam office) moved to a modern office space in Donghee Bldg. located on Gangnamdae-ro, and started to work together in the same space for the first time. Over 150 members from the two firms gathered in the same place, allowing them to more promptly and systematically respond to various requests from their clients.
Recruitment of new members
AJU KIM CHANG LEE has recruited new experts in various fields including Jongwoo LEE, a patent attorney with a long history of practical experience in the field of biology, Daniel H. Sherr, an attorney/patent attorney licensed to practice in Virginia, the United States who has worked with Korean companies in filing applications in the United States for years, Hongjeong KIM (patent attorney/attorney) joining the trademark team, Jongho LEE (patent attorney) joining the mechanical engineering team and Manjae CHOI joining the electronic engineering team.
