Changhoon Lee is an attorney at AJU KIM CHANG LEE, specializing in intellectual property law. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Seoul National University and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Washington School of Law. After practicing as a U.S. patent attorney for seven years at the law firm Husch Blackwell in the United States, he returned to Korea in 2011. Since then, he has represented domestic clients in overseas patent filings, international intellectual property litigation, advisory on international contracts, and technology negotiations with foreign companies. Prior to studying in the U.S., Mr. Lee worked as a Korean patent attorney for approximately three years, handling patent prosecution, trials, and infringement litigation. He currently advises on various intellectual property disputes involving domestic companies and offers strategic counsel on contracts with global corporations. In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor at Yonsei University’s Graduate School of Law.
